마가복음 1장 40절–45절 (Mark 1:40-45)

I. 한 문둥병자의 애통.
A Cry of a Leper.
1. 소외된 문둥병자들에게도 소문이 퍼졌다.
The news of Jesus’ power reached the isolated lepers.
2. 소문을 듣고 간절한 마음으로 ________를 내어 예수님을 찾아왔다.
Mustering up his courage, the leper came to Jesus.
3. 자기 자신을 예수님께 던졌다.
He threw himself at the feet of Jesus.

II. 문둥병의 의미.
The Parable of the Leprosy.
1. 우리 내면에 있는 죄가 볼 수 있도록 외면으로 드러나는 것이다.
Outward visible sign of innermost spiritual corruption.
2. 처음에는 서서히 시작했다가 최후에는 온 몸에 퍼져 결국 그 파괴적인 힘이
생명을 앗아간다.
The nature of leprosy, with its insidious beginnings, its slow
progress, its destructive power, and the ultimate ruin it brings,
makes it a powerful symbol of moral depravity

III. 문둥병의 성격.
The Nature of Leprosy.
1. 문둥병은 신체가 고통을 느끼지 못하도록 ________시키는 작용을 한다.
It destroys the body’s warning system of pain, acting as an
anesthetic.
2. 문둥병은 ________ 수가 없다.
A leper is under no illusions about his miserable condition.

IV. 예수님의 반응.
The Lord’s Answer.
1. 불쌍히 보셨다.
He was filled with compassion.
2. 손으로 만지셨다.
He touched him.
3. 말씀하셨다.
He spoke.

Ⅴ. 결과
Result
1. 즉시 나았다
He was immediately healed.
2. 확인받았다.
He received a confirmation.
3. 감사의 예물을 드렸다.
Offered sacrifices.
4. 증거했다(마구 퍼뜨렸다).
He spread the news.

Application
1. 문둥병과 우리 죄의 속성을 비교해 보십시오. 무슨 점들이 흡사합니까?
그리고 그런 속성들이 언제 나의 삶 속에서 자주 나타납니까?
2. 예수님의 만지심(touch)이 우리에게 주는 교훈은 무엇입니까?
나는 언제 예수님의 만지심을 경험했습니까?
3. 문둥병같이 죄로 인해 죽을 수 밖에 없던 우리는 깨끗함을 받고 얼마나
신나게 이 사실을 증거하고 있습니까?
