I. 내 혼자 힘으로 되지 않을 때 다른 사람의 도움이 필요하다.
When my strength alone is not enough I need other people’s
help.
1. 내 힘의 한계를 인정할 수 있는 지혜.
Wisdom to understand the limit of my own strength.
2. 다른 사람의 도움을 받을 수 있는 겸손.
Humility to receive other people’s.
3. 실패할 수 있음에도 불구하고 도전해 보는 용기(결단).
Courage to rise up to the challenge albeit the possibility of failure.

II. 다른 사람이 혼자 하지 못하는 것을 대신 도와 줄 수 있는 친구가 되어 주는
것이 필요하다.
When others need y help I should be there.
1. 남의 일이지만 내 일처럼 생각하는 동질감.
An ability to offer empathy.
2. 어려운 환경에 있는 사람을 도와주고 싶은 간절함.
A desire to help those who are in need.
3. 지붕이라도 뚫고 들어가는 적극성
An aggressiveness to do whatever if takes.

III. 문제의 근본적인 원인을 해결하기 위해서는 하나님이 필요하다.
In order to have the ultimate solution to the problem we face,
we need God
1. 자신들의 틀(paradigm)에서 벗어나지 못했다.
They couldn’t overcome their prior paradigm.
2. 예수님의 덫에 걸렸다.
They got caught in their own trap.
3. 그럼에도 불구하고 이해하지 못했다.
They still didn’t get it.

IV. 적용
Application
1. 죄는 우리를 꼼짝 못하도록 만드는 힘이있다.
Sin has a way to paralize us.
2. 간혹 문제를 해결하기 위해 극단적인 방법이 필요할 때도 있다.
Sometimes we need a radical solution to the problem.
3. 겉으로 나타나는 증세보다는 그 원인을 해결해야 한다.
We must take care of the source of the illness rather than the
symptoms.
