A Peace Which Transcends All Understanding
(Philippians 4:2-9)
Rev. Mark Kosko
I. Agree with each other in the Lord
Do you want to be right, or have peace?
Unity in Fellowship can overcome our individual differences
Book of Life as a subtle warning
II. Rejoice and have Peace
Present your requests to God and have peace regardless of the outcome
Allow your gentleness, rather than your anxiety, be evident to all.
Sincere Peace in Christ disarms all hostilities.
III. Think about such things and put them into practice
Christ’s love and humility lived out among us.
In order to allow God’s community to resonate with you, you have to be actively involved in it.
IV. Reflection Question:
Have you personally witnessed Christ’s love and humility embodied in others? Have you had the privilege of blessing others with Christ’s gentleness lived out in your own life? If not, why?
