Bible Galatians 2:21-3:5

“Christ In Me”
Galatians 2:21-3:5

 I. Justified by Faith (vv. 15-16)
If this is not true, then is Christ promoting sin?
If I rebuild what I destroyed, am I a law-breaker?

II. I Have Been Crucified (vv. 19-20)
Died to the law
Died to sin

III. Christ Lives in Me (vv. 20-21)

IV. Proof: the Receiving of the Holy Spirit (3:1-5)
Who has bewitched you?
Was it by faith or by observing the law?

 V. Application
The problem of observing the law is that every time we try to observe the law, our focus is being taken away from Christ. Instead of focusing on Christ and His strength we try to prove to God that we can satisfy Him by our good intentions. But the more we try, the worse we fail. Describe how you encounter this phenomenon in your own personal way.
What does this mean to you personally: “Christ lives in me”?
It is easier to observe the law than to maintain a vital relationship with God. Wouldn’t you say that it is because of this reason that we often go back to observing the law than to living a life that demonstrates “Christ living in me”?
