II. Be Thankful for His Forgiveness

He will have mercy and freely pardon (Isaiah 55:7)
Rejoicing in heaven over a sinner who repents (Luke 15:4-10)

III. Be Thankful for the Sonship in Christ
Adoption into God’s family
The Father’s Love (Hosea 11:1-8)
The Father’s Embrace (Luke 15:20-24)

 IV. Application
What are you thankful for? Have a time of sharing with your family.
Share with your oikos why it’s so hard to be thankful in ALL circumstances and come up with a specific plan to help each become more thankful person.
