We dream of a church, based upon our stated mission statement, which will eventually become a vital force of Jesus Christ in the Washington D.C area and also around the world. We will, by the year 2020, grow to be a 5,000 member church and raise 500 lay leaders that are effective in reproducing, and equip and send out 50 fully committed Christian workers that will serve God in full-time ministry.

1. We are committed to bringing life and power to believers through active and vibrant worship. They will in return become changing agents in where they live and serve with joy and passion.

 2. We will commit ourselves to spur one another in love and not neglect to meet together by encouraging participation in our cell church (Oikos). We will thereby serve one another and the community through sharing our lives and resources.

 3. We are committed to raising our future generation by providing a healthy and godly family life.

 4. We will commit ourselves to develop each believer to be a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ through discipleship and godly modeling

 5. We will commit ourselves to challenge every believer to discover and develop his/her own gifts, passion, and God-given ministry to actively engage in Kingdom work.

 6. We will try to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth by taking the Great Commission with utmost seriousness, because that is the preeminent mission of the church.

 7. We will actively seek to participate in world missions by discovering, training, sending, and supporting missionaries and church planters that have been raised from our own church.

 8. We are committed to making our facility available to the wider community in order to serve their needs.

 9. We will seek to grow and enlarge the scope of our ministry by providing satellite campuses through simulcast.

 10. We are committed to raising tested and proven leaders with transparency, integrity, and maturity so that the church can enjoy a safe and stable sense of community.
