“God is Angry!”

Revelation 14-16
God’s anger is an expression of justice and God’s justice is an act of love.
“Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for
it is written: ‘It is mine to avenge; I will repay,’ says the Lord.” (Romans 12:19)
How should we understand the seven seals (6:1-17, 8:1-5), seven trumpets
(8:6-9:21; 11:15-19), and seven bowls/vials (16:1-21)?
1. God's end mes and eternal wrath are inevitable.
2. There is a way to escape God's wrath before it comes.
“It is finished!” (16:17b)
