Revelation 3:1-6

 

What would Jesus say to NCFC?
What would Jesus say to me if He was writing me a letter?
Are you growing spiritually?
As a church, are we growing spiritually?
Are there signs of life or are there signs of death?
“I know your deeds; you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead.” (1b)
1. We must be committed to His church!
A Movement, to an Organization, to an Institution, to a Museum.
"having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such
people." 2 Timothy 3:5
2. We must walk with God daily!
“Yet you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their clothes. They will walk
with me, dressed in white, for they are worthy.” (v4)
Dryness is, “I don’t feel connected to the Lord and it bothers me and I want to get
beyond that.”
Deadness is, “I don’t feel connected to the Lord and it doesn’t bother me. I’m really
not interested in connecting with the Lord.”
Are there any parts of your spiritual life in which you are just going through the
motions?
