  IV. The cost of leadership is great (4:1-21)
Your faithfulness will be held accountable and judged by God
For better or for worse, people will imitate you - become spiritual parents!

 V. The kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but power (4:20)

How do you see yourself investing in the kingdom of God?  How is God currently using you?  How do you want to be used by God?
If you consider yourself a leader what are your reactions to chapter 4?
What do you think it means for the kingdom of God to be about power, not about talk?
