Description

New Covenant Fellowship Church, a non-denominational evangelical church, is currently looking for a pastor who is passionate about youth ministry to lead and disciple our 90+ middle and high school students to become devoted followers of Christ.
The youth pastor will lead all aspects of youth ministry including, but not limited to:
preaching, praise and worship, prayer, retreat planning, counseling, administration, outreach and small group ministry. Must be a vibrant and effective communicator and able to work with a seasoned youth ministry team.

Minimum of 2 years experience in youth ministry required with a proven track record of growth, leadership and effective team building.
Fluency in English and Korean preferred as well as a Master of Divinity degree

NCFC consists of two congregations, Korean and English Congregations with roughly 500+ and 150+ adults in Sunday attendance, respectively.
